The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Capital Investment Process Services meets the needs of agencies conducting ICT procurement projects and allows them to comply with Treasury Circular TC 06/23. Consultants from these panels can develop plans and business cases or perform quality assurance and reporting on ICT projects for your organisation.
The Prequalified Scheme for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Capital Investment Process Services Consultants covers the following categories:
Cat 338 - Project Assurance Advisors - ICT strategic plans and business cases
Cat 339 - Project Assurance Advisors - Project quality assurance reporting services
NSW Government Agencies and authorised buyers with specific projects can request a list of selected capable consultants from whom they can invite proposals.

Agency use of the prequalified panels is optional except for provision of the services required for the preparation of Project Quality Assurance Reports when use of the panel is mandatory for ICT projects with an estimated total cost of at least $20 million.
